Daisy is the better-looking half of the partnership that runs this operation. John is the other half, and while he and son Vinny do most of the outdoor work around here, Daisy keeps us from going off the deep end with some of our projects.
With seven fertile southern Wisconsin acres to play with, there are possibilities galore to plant, plow, and build. With only so many hours in the day, it takes discipline to optimize our time.
Daisy preaches fiscal responsibility and the need to stop now and then to smell the roses. In the process, she keeps us from going crazy.
Funny Farm is less a state of being than a warning: keep projects realistic lest the whole thing take over your life and put you in a padded room.
