Here's a sample of the different egg shell colors that our hens lay. In case you're wondering, shell color is a function of breed, and we have chosen our breeds based in large part on their egg color. Each hen lays pretty much the same color egg all her life. We've tried to portray the colors as accurately as possible on this page, but there is no substitute for the real thing. See them in person, and you'll know what we mean when we call them "rainbow" eggs!!
